Pre-update risk alerts
When a plugin or theme update causes a fatal PHP error on any site in your fleet, the system automatically notices and flags every other site running the same plugin or theme with a "heads up" label. That way, before rolling an update out to the rest of your fleet, you can see the problem it caused elsewhere and make an informed call on the risk.
Access and user auditing
Sensitive actions like a new admin account being created on your site, an existing user's role being elevated, or a new application password being generated are automatically detected and flagged in the panel. These three actions are, in practice, the most common trace left by unauthorized access attempts.
Activity log
Alongside actions you take from the Watch Your WP panel, changes made directly on your site's own wp-admin screen (new content, a settings update, activating a plugin) are also recorded automatically. If a site gets touched from outside the panel, you can see it after the fact.
Security / health scan
On Free, you can trigger a scan by hand any time; on Agency, your site is scanned automatically every day. The scan combines a comparison against WordPress core's official checksum records, account/access security, and blacklist status into a single result.

Keep information you need to remember about a site or client (a special setting, a past request, an issue that was resolved) as a note in the panel with a rich text editor. Keep a note visible only to yourself, hidden from the rest of your team, if you want.
PHP error tracking and correlation
Fatal PHP errors on your sites are collected automatically and tracked as a trend over time. When a new error shows up, the system automatically correlates it with plugin, theme, or core updates made on that site in the previous 72 hours and flags the likely source. Known false positives you mark as trusted won't bother you again, without breaking the audit trail.

How do I migrate from MainWP to Watch Your WP?+
We don't have an automatic migration tool yet. Just install the Watch Your WP Connector plugin on your site and paste the API key from the setup wizard into the panel, it takes a few minutes. Nothing about your site's content or data changes, only a monitoring/management layer is added.
How is Watch Your WP different from self-hosted MainWP?+
MainWP runs as a control panel the agency installs on its own server; if that server becomes unreachable, the panel does too. Watch Your WP runs entirely in the cloud as a SaaS, no setup or responsibility for keeping your own server up required.
Are there features MainWP has that Watch Your WP doesn't yet?+
Yes, to be honest, a separate client CRM and heuristic malware scanning aren't in Watch Your WP yet. We're currently working on scheduled automatic updates. You can follow progress on the Roadmap page.
Does Watch Your WP support running code snippets?+
No, deliberately not. Running remote code across a whole fleet is a serious security risk surface on its own; if we ever consider it, it would need to ship with a dedicated approval/audit mechanism.
Is there a site limit on the Free tier?+
No, there's no practical limit on the Free tier. The Agency tier is built for automation and white-labeling at agency scale.
How does Watch Your WP keep my data safe?+
Site API keys are stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM, and only the last 4 characters are ever shown in the UI. You can also log into any site with one-click, password-free SSO.
