Bulk updates

Pre-update risk alerts
When a plugin or theme update causes a fatal PHP error on any site in your fleet, the system automatically notices and flags every other site running the same plugin or theme with a "heads up" label. That way, before rolling an update out to the rest of your fleet, you can see the problem it caused elsewhere and make an informed call on the risk.
One-click version rollback
When you spot a problem after an update, roll the plugin or theme back to its previous version with a single click. The rollback only touches the files, never your site's database or content, so you can reverse a bad update in seconds without waiting.
Cloudflare R2 backup mirror
A standard backup is stored on the same server that hosts the site. If the server becomes fully unreachable, the backup disappears with it. Watch Your WP automatically copies every completed backup to Cloudflare R2, a separate cloud storage location fully independent of the server. This extra layer of protection applies to every site, regardless of tier.
Security / health scan
On Free, you can trigger a scan by hand any time; on Agency, your site is scanned automatically every day. The scan combines a comparison against WordPress core's official checksum records, account/access security, and blacklist status into a single result.
Branded client reports
A status summary of the sites you manage is generated automatically every month and emailed to your clients with your agency's logo. The report summarizes updates applied, security scans, uptime performance, and backup status, and removes manual report writing entirely.
Frequently asked questions
How do I migrate from ManageWP to Watch Your WP?+
We don't have an automatic migration tool yet. Just install the Watch Your WP Connector plugin on your site and paste the API key from the setup wizard into the panel, it takes a few minutes. Nothing about your site's content or data changes, only a monitoring/management layer is added; you can keep using ManageWP alongside it in the meantime.
How is Watch Your WP's pricing different from ManageWP's?+
ManageWP moved to its Orion pricing model in 2023, charging separately per feature per site. Watch Your WP has one flat tier: Free is permanent and doesn't require a credit card, and Agency doesn't add per-feature charges either.
Are there features ManageWP has that Watch Your WP doesn't yet?+

Is there a site limit on the Free tier?+
No, there's no practical limit on the Free tier. The Agency tier is built for automation and white-labeling at agency scale.
Does Watch Your WP offer Vulnerability Protection?+
It's coming soon: a separately sold, site-based paid add-on built on Patchstack's CVE database and auto-blocking infrastructure. ManageWP's own Vulnerability Protection is also built on the same Patchstack infrastructure.
How does Watch Your WP keep my data safe?+
Site API keys are stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM, and only the last 4 characters are ever shown in the UI. You can also log into any site with one-click, password-free SSO.
